Had a great experience here. Will absolutely go back when I’m in Burlington. Got a fab Mani/Pedi/Wax from a lovely lady named Hellen. She does excellent work and is very fun to talk to. Nice cozy vibe. Friendly staff. Left very happy!

This was the quickest and most unrelaxing pedicure I’ve ever gotten. At most 20 minutes after having me wait for 20 minutes soaking my feet. I called ahead to make sure they had availability too. The sugar scrub used to be included and now it costs $10- for what? The 20 seconds she scrubbed it in?? I didn’t get her name but I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Kelly is my girl and she is the best!! She takes her time and always keeps my nails and toes looking amazing. There is a huge variety of colours offered. Everyone there is very friendly and the place is kept very clean. I would highly recommend!

I have been here a few times and it wasn’t bad when the eastern European girl was there I think her name was Anna. She was amazing. She is not there anymore.
I went last Friday to get a dip + shellac mani. The guy at the front desk was great, he helped me find the color I was looking for, but in one week the shellac started lifting and came off my 2 index fingers and thumbs. I went back today and told them I came a week ago and.this shldnt have happened, they didn’t try to fix it, but wanted to charge me 35$ for a fill! I said I’m not paying another 35$ on top of the 50$ I paid last week. Just take it shellac off and I will go home and put clear nail polish on. And I was charged 10$ for the removal. My experience this time was horrible 😞 I won’t be going back here.

I am so not impressed. I brought my 12 yr old daughter in and thoroughly went over the cost of what she was getting with staff (she had a gift card and wanted to pay extra for shellac) it was agreed that it would be $19 + $8 per nail decal. So $35. $19+16= $35. She comes home with a $50.85 bill! They would not reimburse for the error….it was absolutely not what we agreed on. The staff says they checked with my daughter first as it was a French nail manicure she wanted, and it’s more $, and did she want to call her Mom to check first ….but this DID NOT happen. I am so disappointed and Really dissapointed for my daughter who got totally taken advantage of. This is not right.
