The woman who did my nails, she was very sweet and friendly but I was not happy with the results and paid $72 in total plus an added tip. I asked for a simple french design and square shape. The french tips and are all uneven and way too thick, and the nail shape looks round when I asked for just regular square. This is genuinely the worst acrylic set i’ve ever gotten done. I will not be going back. I will say, the woman there are very friendly and sweet and I appreciate the time she spent doing my nails that’s why I still tipped but I was not happy with the end results.

Nail artists are often overworked and under appreciated. I’ve never had the desire to leave a bad review even when things aren’t perfect. But this is beyond me. Nail tech cut my cuticles so bad I bled twice. A lot. I told her to stop. She used the electric filer to remove nail polish for my refill but burned my finger nails several times. Terrible. So many times she hurt me and the nails at first looked good but are wavy now. Why are they wavy? I’ve never had this. This was such a stressful appointment as I never knew when she would suddenly hurt me or make a mistake. I’ve never been so anxiety ridden at a nail appointment. Of course I email the owner and no response. The least they could have done was a respond. I paid in full and kept my head down but days later my cuticles still burn and I think two nails are bruised underneath the false nails. Lost my business.

Had shellac and manicure done which didn’t even last a week; chipping after 3 days. Then I went in to have it dissolved and the tech rushed throught it with a file, didn’t get it all off and distroyed my nails. They charged me $15 to remove it and didn’t offer to cover it eventhough they messed it up. Won’t go back.

This place sucks I am not one to write bad reviews but this is a different story, the service was great and the lady who did my nails was great but not even a day later my nails are peeling off i got acrylics and spent 55$ not including tax and tip that’s the most I haven’t ever spent on my nails hear we are 4 days later and went to another store to get them refilled. You may be wondering why I didn’t go to the nails for you this is because they refused to redo my nails. The is horrible and I will not be going back in the future, I advise you to do the same thing.

I’ve been going here for 4 years and every time I get fantastic service. They’re always accommodating with my fancy nail designs and have fantastic services. Definitely would recommend booking in advance because they’re always busy with happy customers.
