When we entered the shop, there were no customers being attended to. As we came in, a young-looking man saw us, and immediately his attitude changed. He said he would be out in a few minutes to attend to my mom. A few moments later, an elderly lady started on my nails. I was about 20 minutes in when the young man came out of the back room. From the very moment my mom’s appointment started, he was already being aggressive with her.
When it was time to fit the nail tips, he grabbed a size that was smaller than her finger, which hurt her. When she brought this to his attention, he had an outburst, saying that he couldn’t service her anymore because she had a reaction to his actions. My mom then said that he should have told her so we could go to a different store. He responded by sarcastically asking how much money she wanted for her “wasted time”—$2 or $5? He then proceeded to threaten to kick us out and call the police. This was just one of the insane things he said that day.
Also, they don’t have a reliable price system. So DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE.

Cozy environment and reasonable prices Very friendly service. The pedicure was very well done. Felt like attention to detail was the theme of the services received. Would rig back for another visit. 🤩
My Mom also came here a few months back and there was something sharp in the pedicure tub that severely cut her foot. She left and never returned. I will now be doing the same thing.
