I have been going to Emily for seven years, and would follow her wherever she goes in the area. My nails always look great, despite some unique attributes she has to work around, and many people comment on how good they look. It’s a small shop with many repeat customers who appreciate the personal attention. I always recommend Emily when asked for recommendations.

First time customer and was not satisfied with their work! The lady seemed miserable that did my nails and she didn’t even do what I wanted. Also to mention she glued the nails on crooked and told me it WAS MY FINGERS! After telling her over and over she finally gave up and made a simple fix which could have been done in the first place! I paid $75 for something that was not worth it! Ladies save yourself from being disappointed and go else where. Also I think they need to remember we pay for their services not the other way around! Do not recommend and will be sharing this all over town since prom season is around the corner!

Nails Etc is not just a nail salon, but a gathering place for good conversation with your nail technician or others nearby.
Jason has been my nail technician for the last two months. He is very professional and is sensitive to the needs of his customers. He is super friendly and will have you laughing before you leave.
I also have had my brows waxed. Nothing but expertise here. I will be coming back for more!

Stay away!!!!!. They damaged my nails, the lady that did my gel manicure has no idea what she’s doing. She didn’t even soak the nails, she did the gel that started peeling few days later, causing my nails to peel with it. My nails are paper thin now and the nail bed is red, I have to cut them real short because they break (always had healthy nails). Horrible experience and service! I would give this place 0 stars.

Emily has left saigon nails and I was happy when she called me and told me of her move to Nail, Etc… Now that’s customer service!
