I haven’t gone to this nail salon in a while. I’ve been going to Top Pro Nail down the street from Nail Co., but I couldn’t get in last minute when I finally had time to go in from my busy schedule so I opted for Nail Co. The nail tech at Nail Co. completely ruined my beautiful oval nail shape, and they don’t even look professional. I gave her the length I wanted and she filed my thumb so short that she had to “build it out” with the acrylic. So much shorter than what I asked for. Looks like I did them myself and was charged $55 for the “ombre” which doesnt even look ombre. I’ll be happy when they grow out a little, and I can go get them redone, but this gal shouldn’t be doing nails. Didnt catch her name but she was the only one there at 9:15am when they opened yesterday. Not quality for the price you pay. Top Pro Nail is a little more, but quality is superb! Lesson learned.

I went and got my nails done for the first time in a couple years today at Nails Co. I even tried a new color. I love coming here. They always do a great job and make sure you are happy. Thank you for the wonderful nails and service.

We had appointments for 3 people. Got there and about 3 people were helped before us. Very frustrating I saw a lot of people with the same issues as we waited. Some were told to come back and did and still they were disappointed with how they were attending to clients. They just need to be fair if you have an appointment and get you in Instead of others at your appointment time. My people were help not at the same time so were there 3 hours total. And when they saw we were disappointed and frustrated they were talking between each probably talk about us in their language. I recommend that you download a trustworthy translator app to see what they say about you.
