I went there yesterday for the first time.I got a pedicure and the lady was rough and unfriendly. She made several of my toes bleed therefore I will not be back. I know my feet were not in bad shape because I take good care of them and get regular pedicures. I don’t think she cleaned the foot bath after the person that was before me.They do not use any of the plastic liners on there foot bath’s.This is another reason for concern.The lady acted as if I was bothering her by coming to get a pedicure.The whole place needs some cleaning.

Ive used Phoenix and Henry and all their staff for years. Never have i been unhappy with their work. They always treat me like family. I have many friends who have their nails done by them and are all are very satisfied. Its a great experience and I love the atmosphere.

I really liked that it was an easy walk in, but the women that did my nails was in such a hurry to leave, she rushed and did my nails in a total of 15-20 minutes (and i usually spend about an hour getting acrylic) while my friend beside me got someone actually worth the money. I even told them the nails were bad. Didnt fix them, and charged me same price. Just not good service. I’m trying a different place.

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 10 years. This is a new location for them, but their track record stands on its own! Their customers LOVE them, and will go where ever they go. The new shop is beautiful . They keep it and tools clean, and always make everyone feel like a friend . Their skills as technicians are excellent. I highly recommend NAILS by Phoenix.
