She does great work, makes you feel so comfortable she’ll about put you to sleep, & never shies away from a challenge. She makes booking with her super easy, as you can do it online through her page. I have been going to her consistently every 3 weeks for months now, & I have never walked out not absolutely loving my experience. I am new to the Clemmons area and looking for a nail salon. I called this salon before lunch and had to leave a message thinking someone would call me back within the hour. I finally received a text several hours later sending me to a service that makes appointments by text only (my phone alerted me that the service is unsafe)! I am curious why a business that depends on appointments would not answer their phone to talk with their current, as well as, future clients. They will not have my business if they won’t even communicate via the phone. I can’t imagine what he customer service is like inside the business. No thank you!!!

Nails by Michelle is 1 of the best kept secrets in Winston Salem. She is the owner and is personable. She sets appropriate times based on your service to ensure you receive undivided attention. I had a mani/pedi. Michelle ensures proper sanitary conditions are being met in between each client. Her service is QUALITY and not quantity like we often get from other nail establishments!
