My experience was awful from the moment I stepped in. Was poorly greeted as if they were busy. After i stated what i wanted, no one responded. So I asked can you service me is it a problem? An elderly customer who witnessed the chilly greeting responded, no it’s not a problem. I was given a less than 10 min pedicure. See pictures below and when I expressed my displeasure I was talked about to another customer and among themselves. I hate to bring up race but I am black and felt maybe there was a problem there. This is not professional at all.

I’ve been coming here lately as other salons are never consistent and they put quantity of customers over quantity of customer experience. Nails by lee has been such a great experience for about 5 trips by now. They’re very consistent and are very nice, putting appointments first. I’ve had a few artists now. Kristy, Anna, and Yong have been great. I’ve been lucky enough to get Kristy quite a few times now and she is perfect every time. I have a picture of what I just got and it exceeded expectations. Natural nails and all😍

Ana did a great job! Super impressed. The two other local nail salons I have been to in the past year don’t compare to what she did for me! She actually gave a true sns and manicure! My nails look amazing and I have gotten so many compliments already!

Nails by Lee is 100% the best nail salon in Burlington. I have been to several other salons trying to find the best service. Once I found Trang, I never left. I’ve been going there for 4 years now. They are family owned and treat their customers like family. They take the time to do the job right and don’t rush through your service to fit in a bunch of walk-ins. They are polite and take pride in keeping their nail salon extremely clean for their clients.
