I loved Crystal and she is extremely talented. Gave me a great manicure and shellac Love my nails. My two granddaughters are thrilled with their nails. They have been going to O Nail Salon in Bay….no longer!! I am just visiting but they live in Bay…. You now have two satisfied customers!!!

I went to the Westlake location while staying at my in-laws nearby. I’ve never been to this salon and ended up having the best experience. Don did my services and I couldn’t give a better recommendation. I got a gel mani and the “tipsy” pedicure- he was so thorough with both of my services and ensured my nails were perfect. I’ll definitely be back for Don!

I went in for a fill five days ago and my nails are falling off and when she did them she didn’t even take the acrylic to the cuticle so they already look grown out. I’ve never been so upset with a fill. I called to inform the manager and she could care less. I need a fresh fill and she only offered to fix the one nail falling off. I was so upset I hung up on her. I will never return to this location or any of the nailsaholics for that. If I could give no stars I would have. If you want your nails done right avoid this location and go anywhere els. Now I have to go and pay to get my nails done again when this fill should have lasted three weeks. They look bulky misshapen. They’re just ugly. I’ve never been so upset I am embarrassed of these nails and I’m telling everyone to avoid this location. 5/9 – 5/14/2024 my nails are five days old. Looks more like two weeks.

I have been here 4 times for a manicure and pedicure. My advice is to find a good person to go to! The first manicure was absolutely so ugly and terrible. The lady barely spoke, was rushed and my nails were ugly and expensive! She also scrubbed my feet so hard, it hurt but they looked better than my hands. I gave them another shot because of the location and my previous nail salon person is no longer doing nails. Luckily the second time I went here, the person was really good. It is expensive, but at least she does a good job! I ask for only her now. They are not particularly friendly here and seem rushed. The last few times were better experiences, because of my lady. If I didn’t find her, I wouldn’t be going. Some of the pictures people have showed are so terrible! Not all are good, and that’s anywhere really. This place does have some very inexperienced. My old nail salon was much more relaxing and friendly, but my lady is good and nice enough, so it works for now.

Tracy did an amazing job on my nails! Probably the best set I have ever had! Plus she was very efficient out in 35 minutes for a full acrylic set!
