I 100000% recommend this salon!!!
I walked in and they were able to take me right away. All of the staff was very friendly. Phu T did my nails and he absolutely killed it!! They look amazing 🤩 he did exactly what I asked and his attention to detail was outstanding! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Pretty disappointed after my last visit. I’ve been going for years, since they opened. They have always been great until my last visit. I got a fill on a Wednesday and by Saturday the gel had chipped off the majority of my nails. I went in and talked to Nik (who handled it very well) and he said they would fix it since I had just had them done and provided the receipt as their policy states.

The lady assigned to fixing the color was absolutely horrible in her service. She was so mad, told me I was being dramatic and losing her money, she cut two of my fingers with her own nails, and then told me because of me she was going home.

I’ve never complained and have never had any issues. Things happen and I totally get that BUT I couldn’t believe how I was treated. I am not sure I’ll he returning in the future.

Went in for a quick pedicure and was told to put my name down and go back in 30 min. Went back in 30 min and was told it would be another 15, then after 10 minutes they said it would actually be another 30. Same thing happened to two other ladies. They were busy, but still, learn how to manage your appointments and walkins, be truthful about waiting times.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for over 2 years. Today got there and signed in at 5:45pm and when I was signing in there were employees standing right there watching me sign in. After 20 minutes of sitting there waiting and employee came over to me and said we are booked for the day, you can make an appointment for tomorrow. I asked why he waited 20 minutes to tell me that and he said we were busy. I asked when is the last appointment for the day and he said normally 6:45pm. So I was there an hour before the last appointment waited 20 to be told to come back tomorrow when someone was clearly standing there as I signed in. The guy that told me to come back could have cared less that they let me sit there waiting for 20 minutes before being told to come back tomorrow. I have been coming here for over 2 years but will not be coming back. Will find a place that is considerate of my time and values me as a customer.

I have been going here for years for my pedicures! Even now living 30 minutes away, I still make the drive because I know I’ll leave happy!
