Decent for pedicures. Anything on your hands, not great. I have been to this salon over the years and never have been impressed. Gel isn’t even over the nails, they over book and pressure you to choose quickly. I decided to give them a try again. I asked for Dip, and instead of saying they don’t have it, the nail tech did Gel with acrylic powder. It burned when it was curing. When I wanted to see natural pink colors, the tech chose one and said “this is what the Russians choose for natural” I told her more pink and finally settled on a color (still wasn’t what I wanted but looked nice). Less than a week later my nails looked grown out. Today I bumped a nail and my entire nail bed was ripped off. This has never happened with years of getting acrylics and gel. Super disappointed and will not return.

OH MY GOD… what a scam. I am beyond upset with this facility. I made an appointment for 3 adult pedicures and 2 children’s pedicures visiting Canby. They charged me $35 for my 8 year old son’s pedicure who got no nail polish. They did not clean underneath his toe nails because he was to ticklish. They hey charges me $41 for my 10 year old boy. (Same story) I have a 10% off my visit promo code, they said “oh that only applies to you” I will never go again. $250 for 3 adult and 2 children pedicures….

I wasn’t going to write a review but have been irritated with this place for a few days now. I took my husband in for a pedicure 3 days ango and whoever did my nails was horribly rude. She was insisting I pick a gel color when I had already picked a regular polish from the front display. I was very clear that I only wanted a regular pedicure. She pushed me no less than 5 times to upgrade to gel, hot stone, this or that. She was rude when she helped put my sandals on. Rude when I was standing my ground on only wanting a basic pedicure. She then proceeded to trim my left toe nail much shorter than my right after I specifically said no length off. She was making it “even.” My husband went with me and his nail tech was much more polite. It was his first ever experience getting a pedicure and he received a basic one with a massage, where as I think my entire process with painting my toes was a total of 20 minutes. I typically go to sassy nails in canby and will be going back there from now on. I’m super disappointed with how I was treated here and have never had this bad of service at any nail place I’ve ever been to.

I have been getting pedicures for 20 plus years, so it is great that this is my first and only bad experience! I have been to this spot several times. Today, the lady that helped me was annoyed with me from the moment I sat down. I didn’t know which pedicure to pick and mostly just wanted the massage. I could not understand what was being explained any there was not a description of each pedicure. I told her I did not want the wax and that meant that I picked the one that didn’t have a massage? I only get pedicures because of the massage. When I asked about it, she was very rude and annoyed with me and I was very kind and friendly-she made me feel very bad. I will now always choose the friendly spot just down the road. It was not busy at all.

expectations vs reality. nail tech who did my full set acted so bothered to do my nails. she pointed to the butterfly in my inspo and said she couldn’t do that and told me to pick something else. i was set on these and had amazing experiences at my usual nail salon. i told her that’s ok and maybe she can draw the butterfly instead. as you can tell she couldn’t even be bothered to do that. she had me choose everything down to what polish to use when i paid $127 in total for a professional set. they don’t have anything other than nail polish so please don’t waste your time, not even many nail polishes to choose from. i told her to get as close to the pic as possible and she continued to disregard me and free style. i had to tell her to add everything to make it at least similar. only conversation she made was commenting that all of my fingers are crooked. my friend only heard that her hands were sweaty. came here to spend time with my bestie but wouldn’t ever come back here. pearls aren’t straight, nails are chunky, and designs look like a kid did it. when it was time to pay she just watched videos on her phone while i had my card out and made me wait for her to finish before i could get out of there.
