First timer, did my nails whole set yesterday, 5/16/24@3:34pm. Aunty said 70 dollars for gel and long +15 dollars for french tips. Took less than 30 min to be done,felt rushed. Someone had an appt at 4. Idk you tell me is the picture worth the price? Paid & she did mention I tip aunty which I did ($10 was my thank you🙂). So spent 95 for these i mean lol honestly i thought it was a bit much$$$.

NOT USING STERILIZED PROPERLY SANITIZED EQUIPTMENT. They were insulted and treated me poorly when I asked for a freshly opened/ not previously used tool kit for my mani pedi. Worst Mani Pedi ever. Pedicurist repeatedly yanked at my foot to reposition it even thought I told her it was uncomfortable and she was hurting me. When It came time for my manicure, i had asked for a gel soak off, and she used the drill which damaged my natural nails. I left before I allowed them to finish, I was afraid of possilbe infectious disease. (Yes I am a retired MD)

I’m disappointed to leave this review, but I was overcharged for add one that I did not receive or agree to. I’m afraid this experience will be my last here after many years.
