A friend recently recommended Nail’s It Salon and what a find! A true gem! I’ve gotten two pedicures so far, both great and they’ve lasted a long time! The place is clean and there’s no loud chitchatting.
I had my daughter with me and Michael and his wife offered to get her a manicure because she was cute and well behaved, that was so sweet of them! She absolutely loves her nails!
Michael remembered and called me by my name after meeting me once, and I just love that level of care. He walks around checking on the customers, asking how everything is and makes sure you’re completely satisfied. I’m more than happy to support a small business which takes care of its customers, here you feel like at home!

Such lovely manicurists and great experience ; this salon really puts the personal touch in nails ! I’ve had two gel manicures with Mary – both were fantastic and lasted a very long time .

First pedicure ever & it was amazing!! Everyone was so kind. Was treated with great customer service as soon as I walked in. Was able to just sit back and relax. Been dealing with a lot of stress & this was exactly what I needed to reset myself. I will definitely be going back.

I cannot understand how they have such great reviews. My service took a very long time, I had to constantly point out that my nails were all different lengths and sizes. I got a simple medium length set without any design, absolutely plain and when it came time to pay they charged me $90 for the set instead of the $60 advertised. I was surprised with a bait and switch- I still paid and tipped. I got my nails done 11 days ago. My nails started lifting and falling off after 3 days. They offered to repair the first nail that fell off, and I obliged- as expected it’s a different length even tho I asked her to shorten it 3 times. As of today, a week and a half after my service I have 4 nails left across both hands. It’s a very small space, which is fine however there are a lot of distractions that don’t allow for a relaxing experience (running playing kids). The staff was kind during interactions, unfortunately the quality just doesn’t hold up and now I’m out money and need to find another place to do 6 nails which might as well be a whole new set. They are charging way too much for services based on experience and environment.

*updating to respond to owner whom called me after this review and despite me saying 3 times I was at work still continued to talk forcing me to disconnect the call. I was absolutely in 3 days later, the child running around the salon even said “you were just here 3 days ago.” Your website shows prices, they are not posted anywhere else in store and nothing was discussed prior to service, and I was surprised at end of service. I am not interested in battling. The skill and environment do reflect the pricing. I currently have 2 nails left. Anyone can tell by the photo these nails are not that old. Do not lie in defense, just do better and do not call me again as I am not interested. Best of luck.

I have the right to leave a review with my experience, grow up, be professional, and better your business. No such logs were ever sent lol I also blocked you after you continued to call and harass me. What a nightmare!

This is my favorite nail salon. I have been trying different places in the area and this one is IT! They are more than accommodating, the best pedicure I have ever gotten, and they are so friendly. They also know me by name after only three visits. I went to one salon for two years and they never cared enough to remember but Nail’d it did and it just shows how much they care! 10/10
