I got my nails done here (dip powder) last Sunday. I had one nail chip and break Tuesday night, which was absurd. I went Wednesday morning and they fixed it for free. On Friday I had two more nails chip. At the place I regularly go in Del Ray, I can go 3-4 weeks without any nails chipping. I am so frustrated to have to find the time and money to get my nails done again. I won’t be coming here ever again.

Been here once before with my mom & had “ok” service, decided to give it another chance. Very disappointed this time. I asked for a gel mani, the women who worked on my hands nipped the sides of my fingers, then after she completed the top coat, I noticed bubbles all over each finger, I pointed them out to her and she said “oh” took a went cotton and whipped down all my fingers, I told her again that it’s still there. Like maybe there wasn’t enough top coat used? And she kept telling me no bubbles. When it’s clear on each finger. Paid $50 plus tip, absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going there anymore.

I’m livid 😡 at the service I received here. Called first requesting a gel pedicure, no problem come on in I was told. Get there, loud, screaming child running all over the place with mother AND father saying nothing. Owners say nothing. Tech rushed through my pedicure, no massage, no top coat applied, no clean up around nail. When I complained just received an embarrass grin. Never again!

I thought I’d try this place since it’s in the neighborhood but it was awful. They filled my pedicure tub up with water from their tea pot. She says customers complain they don’t have hot water. I thought it was temporary but she said it’s been months and the owner doesn’t fix it. They moved me 3 times because the chairs didn’t move up or down.
I understand why this place is never busy. I would NOT recommend

Very disappointed in my experience today. Came in for a gel manicure. Was charged $48 for the gel manicure and SNS removal. The appointment was very rushed and not the relaxing experience I’ve had at other salons. She never cleaned underneath my nails. There was maybe a 30 second massage on each of my hands with a very watery, low quality lotion. There was only 1 hot towel used for both hands (left then switched it to the right but by then it was cold), seemingly only to wipe the lotion off. I am leaving with a peeling residue under my nails and on my fingers from whatever chemicals were used. The place also didn’t feel very clean: the plexiglass between me and the tech was dirty and gross, and the UV machine I had to put my hands in felt greasy. Will not be back!
