My daughter’s first time getting her nails & toes done. The inside of the nail salon is very pretty. The chandeliers are a nice pretty touch. The spa chairs are nice & the water foot bowls are pretty as well. Staff seems to overall be nice. The overall experience and environment is welcoming and friendly.

Been going here for awhile now and not really had any problems, until today went in to get a fill and a pedicure. She messed up my fill they weren’t shaped the same at all the acrylic was bumpy and when I complained they came and filed them all off boke my tips and told me to leave. Here are the pictures. It was 630 and all other salons were closing and I was left with jagged half filed nails. Luckily another shop got me in just to finish soaking off the acrylic and painted them. If it wasn’t for them I’d have been like that until I found a way to remove what they didn’t. So disappointed in this salon and will never be back.

Worst place ever!!! Full set acrylic with gel felt off my nails 4 days after… 8 days after o had 6 nails left.. I went back.. they refuse to fix it. 3000 excuses.!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PREPARE THE NAILS BEFORE PUTTIN ACRYLIC. I had to go to other placr to get it fix.. apparently even the acrylic the hsed was really bad quality. No worth a dollar. The only person that speaks english it’s the guy at the front desk. Pedicure girls are rude and use dirty tools. Do not remove cuticles. Just paint on top. Worst part. My toe nail felt off!!! I had to go doctor. I get an infection for dirty tool and gel polish in bad conditions. BECAREFUL!!!!

I’ve come here before and really liked this place. However I came in after work one day and the technician seemed so rushed. She seemed irritated when I was looking at the colors, like I was taking too long. I let it slide thinking she had a long day. Then I asked for the nails to be filed, not trimmed, however other places trim the cuticles. She did not, she didn’t bother to ask. She rushed through the dip process so quickly that they were coming off at the end of the week. Typically I only get dipped every 3 weeks. When I was billed it was $45. I honestly couldn’t believe that it was so much for her to take off and apply a different color. To top it off, she put so much of an oil on my hands that it was everywhere. When I looked around for her she was standing at the register staring at me while I tried getting the oil off hands, and scrubs.
(If you look closely, you can see she dipped over your cuticles, and how it started peeling the very next day)
The location I typically go to charge less, do an amazing job, offer wax and hand massages. Needless I won’t waste my time or money here again.
