Do NOT go to this salon. I came into this salon on 9/2 I got a pedicure and full set with dip service. the lady that sits at the booth in the front did them. By 9/6 my nails were lifting and one completely came off so I came back in to get them repaired and the older man “fixed” them. He added more dip over the ones lifting and I told him they’re just going to lift again and he told me they wouldn’t. Sure enough they did and one completely came off. So today I went back in and the woman who initially did them said she would fix it. As she’s filing my nails she tells me fixing it was to put gel over them and tells me that’s all she’s gonna do and it’s time for a fill in. I said “I don’t need a fill in, I need it fixed correctly!” So I just got up and walked out as she’s askin me what I want her to do. This is unacceptable customer service and I understand things happen but it’s about how you fix them.DO NOT come here!!!!! I’ve included pics of the woman that initially did my set and my nails which you can see I clearly don’t need a fill already.

I don’t think I will be returning. I needed a last minute appointment and my usual nail tech at a different salon was not available. Since this is a fairly new salon I figured I would check them out. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure and I was able to be accommodated immediately. The salon is decorated nicely and is very large. It goes down hill from there.

The owners were at the front desk with what appeared to be two small children. The children weren’t rowdy, but I still don’t expect to see children sitting up front at this type of establishment. I sit in the pedicure chair and the nail tech did not seem confident in what she was doing at all. She seemed very unsure at each step. The water was cold and had almost run over the bowl while the tech went to grab the polish. The pedicure I received I would have been better off doing myself. In fact the nail tech filed my toenails before clipping them. It was pretty bizarre and seems totally counterproductive. There was no cuticle clean up or any other pedicure basics.

After the not so great pedicure, I was ready to say never mind on the gel manicure until one of the owners said they would do it. I was hopeful the manicure would be better and it was not. The woman kept coughing and with all the sickness going around I did not feel comfortable. The paint job was decent, but not the best. The polish was not brought down far enough to reach my cuticles, so it looked like my nails had already grown out. Also, I had paint all over my skin and the tech did not bother to try to remove it. In addition, it is only 3 days later and my gel polish is already chipping. I don’t recommend and will stick to my usual nail salon moving forward.

I’ve been coming a little over a year and have always had a great experience. I’ve had just about everyone in the salon do my gel manicures/pedicures. They’re all so pleasant and make sure that I am comfortable. Lucky has a big personality and seems to care about the customers. I’m there every 2 weeks like clockwork and love my nails and toes!

I wanted to like them. I really tried. Like others have said, my gel nails lifted ONE DAY after I got them. I tried it again for a pedicure and they just looked not good at all. Ugh, such a waste of money.

I was looking for a new nail tech and saw that Nail Trix had just opened! I walked in and met Key! She is a true gem! She is knowledgeable about nail care, a genius at nail art (especially for someone like me who never knows what design she wants) and she has great customer service skills! It’s definitely therapeutic getting my nails done by Key! The spa itself is clean, nice peaceful atmosphere and just a vibe! I love going there and can’t wait for my next appointment!
