I brought my daughter here for a manicure and pedicure, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They did an excellent job on both her hands and feet. The salon is professional and clean, ensuring a pleasant experience. With great prices, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality nail care. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we were very satisfied with the service. If you are looking for a professional and affordable nail salon, this is the place to go.

DO NOT GO! The woman that did me cut me 3 times… that’s how rough she was filing also extremely hard and rough with hand. Not professional at all. She was in a rush and didn’t care what so ever. She kept getting mad at me. And she kept braking the fake nail then telling me to stop and yank my hand back and forth. She also superglued my finger to hers and just yanked it. Which was painful. Also was extremely mad that I was paying half cash and card. I have worked in retail for 4 years and this was awful. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Not a good place to take your young daughters (ages 5 and 13) because when I pointed out nails that didn’t get painted well the lady just yelled and scolded them both. She made my 13 year old tear up and my 5 year old told me that was scary when she yelled at them. I told her not to talk to them that way and she just got more animated saying they needed to hold still and I finally told her she couldn’t talk to them like that and that it was not their fault, they did hold still. A few others next to us said they felt bad at how we were treated and that they weren’t happy either.

Horrible rushed service. I have short nail beds so it requires someone who will take their time. There was only one lady working when I went in and she was so rough and cut every single one of my cuticles so that they were bleeding. The entire service was Painful and uncomfortable and my nails are still stinging and bleeding. Offered no discount, I shouldn’t have paid at all! I paid in full but I would never ever return here again.

Worse nail experience in my whole life!!! I would not recommend going here at all. It does not take 50 minutes to do simple SHORT PINK GLITTER nails!!!

Not only did the nail tech (Trinh) take forever to get my nails done. She was extremely rude! After cutting and filing my nails and as she was getting ready for the next process, I saw that two of my nails weren’t the same length as the rest of the nails. I asked her nicely if she could fix them and she said rudely: “YOU NOT A NAIL TECH! I A NAIL TECH I KNOW WHAT AM I DOING!! I WILL FIX THEM!!!”.

Was that really necessary? I told her as a PAYING CUSTOMER, that I am ALLOWED to look and critique and ask for adjustments for a service that I am paying for. I also told her that I would be filing a complaint and make a negative review for her. All she did was roll her eyes and got quiet and finished my nails.

Horrible nails too, might I add. 50+ mins for these nails and they are clumpy and lumpy and some of my nails are not even fully colored.

Last but my least, as I was reviewing some of these reviews for this place, I saw another customers negative review for Trinh! Whoever the manager is for this place, needs to properly train Trinh being a professional!
