I had an appointment at q nails next door at 4.30 they were rude and made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment until I got up to leave to actually say anything. They were aweful. I came over to nail trix and they were super helpful and immediately helped me even without an appointment. I really need some me time and q nails ruined that. I’m glad nail trix was here to save my day.

Everyone is so friendly! My nails and toenails look amazing. Having a mani/pedi at the same time is a total game changer. 10/10 recommend!

If I could give no starts I would. My nails started falling off the minute I left the shop. I did dishes Tuesday night and as soon as the water touched them more came off. I knew she didn’t put enough glue on my nails but when I told her she just kept saying it had enough glue. I will never go there again and I wouldn’t recommend you go there either. The first hand happen when I was doing dishes Tuesday night and the 2nd hand happened just yesterday. NEVER AGAIN EVER.

My husband and I came to Charlotte for his birthday trip, and decided we would go and get our feet done today. Looked up nail salons in the area and this was the one we chose.
So glad we did! They did a really good job, took their time and gave us an awesome foot/calf massage. The best I’ve had in any salon!
The place was really clean and quiet. I will come back every time I visit Charlotte 😁

They’re quick. I got a pedi and a full set. That man did my pedi and it was EVERYTHING!! Only complaint is my heels could of been scrubbed and buffed more. I didn’t like my nails. The nails was thick. She also didn’t paint my whole fingernail.
Usually when I get my nails done they thin the tip so u can scratch but she didn’t. My design was cute.. I’m not from Charlotte but I definitely would get a pedi again. Probably not nails tho. They were very nice people.
