This location has a sign on the front stating they had SNS dip. I go in and get my dip removed and they bring out the colors. I was advised they do not have SNS dip. They had Dip n Duo and another brand. I was like it doesn’t make sense to have that sign out there. Its false advertisement. Will not be back.

This would be my second time coming here within a span of maybe 3 years at the max. And let me tell you they do not disappoint First off I don’t think I knew what I was talking about or what I wanted but they were very friendly and help me figure out it. Le is amazing he really knew what he was doing. He was meticulous neat and made sure that he did his best. I appreciate him 100%, he helped your girl out I walked in looking busted and I walked out slaying! I was happy with the price and the results. And that’s a very rare. I find out that most places don’t do hand massages anymore but that would have topped off the whole entire experience. I can’t complain though because I did get hot towels and he already worked so hard so I wasn’t mad at it. But very awesome job thank you so much this place is amazing I will we be back!

Worst experience I’ve EVER had from a nail shop. The day after I had my nails done, the hell started to bubble and come off. The black paint was not black but a dark blue. I went back to them and they did redo my nails and toes. I had the same exact issues all over again the second time. On top of it all, when I went back, they tried to make it seem like these issues were my fault. I will not go back to them.

I just moved out here and wanted to find a good salon. I have been here twice now and plan to keep coming. Everyone is very gentle and precise. I worked with three people and they each were perfectionists, taking their time and checking every detail of the nail. They all make sure that we are getting the service and color we asked for and like it as we go. They also have a big staff so I have not had to wait when I walk in without an appointment. I got a gel manicure that lasted about 9 days, and regular pedicure that lasted the whole month until I went back. This time I got a dip manicure and will see how long that lasts. I worked with Helen today and had a great experience with her and hope I can work with her again next time.
They also play good music! And as far as hygiene goes, they use a bowl cover for the pedicures and wear gloves which I appreciate.

Second time coming here and love both services I’ve received. The nail technician, Ann, did a great job giving me a basic manicure. She’s very welcoming and made the experience at Nail time and spa a delight. Her customer curiosity is just excellent.This place is not overcrowded and overpriced like other places I’ve been to.
