I would give absolutely ZERO stars if possible. There is NO reason my nails should look like this—my nails started chipping the first few days that I got them done and this continues to happen (damaging my real nails) everyday. I was sick, so I could not get to the shop sooner, but when I did arrive two weeks later I was met with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and ZERO RESPONSIBILITY! I was given every excuse in the book and was told it’s time to get them done again—NO IT IS NOT! I have been getting SNS nails for years and never have I ever experienced such damage and breakage on nail after nail. I really wanted to like this shop, but the quality of the nails and service has turned me completely away. Maybe, just, maybe that’s why it’s always so empty in there. And, when I told them I would be leaving this review she said something bad gone happen to me—first of all, I’m a child of God, can’t do bad luck word curse do anything to me and secondly, what I’m sharing is the truth. The nail service is horrible and the customer service is worst. My money will go where I’m treated fairly. An apology and even to offer a discount on my next service could have went a long way and they could have kept a customer. Take heed to this review. Go where the quality is better and respect is given.

grater thingy. I feel fabulous I’m Walking
on Sunshine my feet are not edibles but

again and they smell so good! 🌻

This was my first and last visit to this place. I was charged $55 for a fill-in with gel on top and a regular pedicure.
The lady who did my nails did not clean her instruments beforehand. Then she cut my finger and I was bleeding! That itself was very diaturbing.
The very next day gel on my thumb nail cracked; 5 days later another nail broke for no reason. I’ve never seen gel polish to crack a day after it was applied. Also, I’m very careful with my nails, and this is the first time in 1,5 years that my nail broke.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the service I was given.

I had an ok experience at Nail Style. This place is always busy, which is a good indicator that they provide good service…maybe. However, when it comes to the prices, your nails have to be super short for the price to be $40, and that’s without a design. These nail shops are no longer clear about their prices and now it’s all about the length of your nails. Also, the male tech left my credit card in the machine because he was too busy worried about whether or not we tipped the tech who did my husband’s pedicure. Not sure at this point if we’ll be going back.

Ms Kathy always does a great job on my pedicure. Yesterday was the first time she did my manicure 💅. I was so relaxed and satisfied. Nina usually does my nails but I’m taking a break from gel. I was disappointed Nina didn’t say goodbye when she walked passed me 😕
