Do NOT go to this establishment for service. The guy that works in the first chair to your right is RUDE lack basics customer service. He over charges even though prices are listed on the wall.They don’t acknowledge appointments that they themselves set. The shop needs a deep cleaning, possibly a visit from Texas Department of Licensing (TDLR).

Had my nails done here before and never returned for that service. Was close by and needed a brow wax. I explained what needed to be done but it was not comprehended. Paid $13 and would have gladly tipped if it was worth it. I don’t think they listen or maybe her English is not sharp. Just get away with doing what they want. Brows aren’t an easy fix after an error, and you just have to doctor them yourself or just let them grow back and be too traumatized to get them done again. Especially when you’re making a sacrifice to treat yourself.

Really bad, colors did not appear the same as shown. My mom was getting her nails done and she just changed the color she picked to a different one, the lady who was doing her nails left and told her to wait 30 mins because “she messed up too much” will not come here again, she also peeled her skin off, which made her bleed and then she puts more glue on it then alcohol on it ) and we even said we have an flight to catch and she left a d started doing another lady.
And the lady who “helped my mon” was really rude..she was talking bad things abt us”

I’ve been coming here for about a year now maybe more. Hana is my girl. Heather is also amazing! I’m super picky about my pedicures and she gets all the hang nails and is very sweet. I’ve gone to other places in between sets because of timing and location and always regretted it. On top of that this is the only place that has customers wash their hands BEFORE sticking fingers in their dip powder. I know how hard it is to find a good salon where us black girls are treated respectfully. I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue here.

I was a frequent customer of this place, but after today, I will never return again. The customer service was horrible. My daughters and I went in to be serviced together. Someone started on my oldest daughter and me right away. Shortly thereafter, my granddaughter’s nails were polished, but my youngest daughter was never helped. As time went on, my oldest and granddaughter were done, and I was almost done, so I decided to ask why she was being skipped. The owner, Sam’s wife, just ignored me. Mind you, we arrived prior to them even opening in hopes of getting in and out. I tried to speak with Sam about it, and he said his wife didn’t understand me. She understood me just fine because I told my nail tech to explain to her in their language. They brushed me off to shut me up. I told them they lost a customer today. Sam’s response was “Okay, thank you.” I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Your feelings and time is not valued, only your dollar. Sam was trying to run my credit card through as I was still explaining myself. I snatched it out of the machine for him to hear me out. They also did a rush job because the place was busy. Not their best work. Customer service was awful!
