I have been coming to Nail Studio since it opened 10 years ago! I love everyone there and I’ve always had a great time. Hai has done everything from regular gels to wild and crazy designs on a full set. I got beautiful gold Deco design for my wedding there ten years ago, and recently asked for fishing lure inspired nails to wear on my anniversary vacation to Florida! They do it all! Also the spa pedicure is totally worth it, the green tea option smells amazing. 5 stars all day.

Took my daughter to get a dip manicure and the person doing it cut her! The lady was removing the previous dip and was scraping it of with a small knife. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware of her method and didn’t intervene sooner. My daughter told her she was hurting her but she had already cut the nail bed. After a lot of blood I asked for peroxide and cleaned it as well as with soap and water. The manager approached us and said they would fix it by gluing a piece of extension to that nail. No apologies from him or the lady who injured the finger. I understand it’s a risk when you get manicures but I don’t understand the lack of acknowledging and apologizing!!! They charged us just the same. It is certain we won’t be going back to Nail Studio. Very upset client here.

We asked for very simple gel manicures and it was very rushed and came out terribly. when they were pushing back the cuticles a few of my fingers started bleeding, and my friends started bleeding when she was filing. I do not recommend this place.

Poor service. I get my nails done biweekly and I’ve been growing my nails out for 6 mos. I went in for a nail repair on my pinky nail. I went in at 11:30 explained it’s an overlay and I needed a repair. the tech started the process. unfortunately she didn’t let the acrylic dry before she started filing. Finished the process thinking it would last until I had my appt elsewhere on Sunday (7/7) unfortunately my nail cracked worst than before. I went back at 5:43 and was told very rudely “we close at 6 vome back tomorrow.” I explained no I can’t come back tomorrow I hve to work and I don’t want to loose my nail. then I was told “the tech who knows how to do acrylic is gone”.
they are very rude & dismissive. I’ve spent money & time into growing my nails for poor service to be given and them to think a $7 refund is sufficient.
if you know anything about nails I wouldn’t reccomend. if you hve or are getting acrylic or overlay WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
