Staff here is nice, but services need to be better. A friend recommended this place. I got a mani/pedi/wax.

BAD PEDICURE
The pedicure did not feel at all like the guy was trying. The very first thing he did that I didn’t like was to run cold water in the soaking tub. I asked for hot, and at best, it was lukewarm at first. The water was cold by the time he was done. The pedicure was mediocre. He didn’t put the hot towels on my legs, no massage, and I just felt cheated. I actually paid for an upgrade to get rid of calluses. I didn’t get it

EVEN WORSE MANICURE
I rarely get anything other than a regular manicure with clear polish. My nails are long, and I have large nail beds. I work with my hands a lot, so acrylics don’t work for me. Most places don’t like to do a regular manicure, but at least they give decent ones. My nails are jagged from this manicure, and he missed the right side of each nail. He gave me cold water to soak my hands. I had to ask him for warm water. He rubbed oil on the back of my hand, rubbed it in, and considered that a hand massage. Then he left the oil on my hands when he painted my nails. I told him I would like to rinse it off, and he said later. SMH!

WAX ON, WAX OFF
There is a bed in the wax room, but they have you sit in a chair with your head all the way back. Can I say….UNCOMFORTABLE? I told the receptionist, the nail tech, AND the eyebrow tech that I wanted eyebrow, lip, and chin. I was asked SEVERAL times. I was so frustrated, I didn’t realize she never did my chin. I went to pay and was asked again! Then I realized she didn’t do my chin. I asked to pay first, and then I went back to the wax room. Again, in the same uncomfortable position, she put wax on, ripped it off, put on lotion, and said ok. At this point, I just wanted to leave. No pluck9ng of stray hairs, no looking to see if more needed to be done.

NOT MY FIRST RODEO AT THIS PLACE
The time before today (about a month before), I asked for a rainbow of colors. I was charged an extra $5 for having one color on each toe, and the same on the fingers. That has never happened before. at any nail salon.

SOMEWHERE OVER THE HILL THOUGH
If you have a choice, find another place to have your spa day. I don’t feel relaxed, nor do I feel good about my experience
The only reason why they don’t get one star is because it is clean and the staff members are very nice.

I’ve been going here for years, recently I’ve been working with Jasmine and Kyle. Both top of the line and friendly 🫶🏽 Jasmine may have Kyle beat but both of them are GREAT – btw I always get designs

I went in yesterday (6/22/23) and was greeted by nice and professional staff. I asked for Lucy because I saw her name mentioned by another person. She was amazing. I went in a little late (around 6:45 ish), but they took me in for both manicure/pedi. They did not try to rush on me either and that meant a lot. Ben did my pedicure (not pictured) accidentally put the wrong polish on, and Nini instructed him to do the gel bc it dries faster. He acquiesced without a problem. It was after 8:30 when I got out, but they took their time with me anyway. Big shout out to Nini, Ben, Lucy and the other young lady who brought me a bottle of water (sorry I forgot her name). Don’t miss this little diamond in the rough. I will be back.

GIA IS AMAZING !!!! I just had the BEST pedicure I have ever had today !! She is knowledgeable, experienced and totally caring of your needs. I will be coming back to her every 2weeks! Thanks Gia !!

Ben was great he got me in and out and no short cutz I will be back I tried. Dark Gray he did a great job $80 for Mani and Pedi gel polish
