This place should be Closed! I asked for dip but they put acrylic instead. They said dip and powder are just the same and it did not make sense.

Obviously I have dip nails and the guy insisting that they’re going to put refill and I have to tell them over and over again that its a dip nail. I have to tell him step by step what to do. I even have to request to soak my nails so my dip will completely taken out of my nails. In the end i asked him to file it more since its thick and my nails looks so weird. I think he gotten upset that I have to walk him through it.

Worst experience ever ! Rushed my nails took 15 minutes to do a full set 😂 that’s too fast ! Didn’t even clean my nails ! LITERALLY next day my GEL POLISH was peeling !! No way 45! I’m soo mad ! 1-6-24!!!!

Went in randomly and they look me in so quickly did not even have to wait. Everyone was so fast and helpful. I went in for an ombre acrylic service and they delivered! Came out exactly how I wanted and all the nail techs were so sweet and helpful. Definitely will be returning when back in town.

They don’t ever have to worry about me stepping foot in there again. They’re very disrespectful. I went in for toe polish and eyebrow wax and was asked why I didn’t get a pedicure I said I couldn’t get it at that time because I was pushing for time. Another customer comes in and proceeds to get the same service. They asked her the same question not sure what the customer said but I do know they constantly kept looking at us while laughing and talking in their language. I proceeded to tell them how unprofessional they were for doing such and told them I won’t ever come back.

Inside is better than outside. Felt ignored and being passed on from person to person just because I didn’t get a set. They are nice but everyone just talks around you. I kept having to repeat what I wanted because they weren’t pay attention to me. Not terrible place but not the best.
