I usually am quite satisfied. This past Sunday my tech refused to admit or see one if my nails he did didn’t match the other 9. I got eyebrows waxed, I now have burns..when I checked out, I was told “next time I do your feet somebody else do your nails”. HOW DARE HIM when my nail is clearly mishapened. I understand language barriers and all but the lack of respect and professionalism when I am paying $100 + per visit

I Purchased a polish change & manicure . The manicure was half done and I didn’t receive part of the service that comes with it. I didn’t notice how my cuticles were bleeding 🩸 when she finished . What made it worse is that she used a brush on an open wound on my bleeding finger… who knows if she is sanitizating their supplies. Be aware !

I’ve been coming to the salon for about 10 years or more now the technicians are very professional and friendly it is also a very clean and child-friendly spa if you’re ever in the area you must stop by ask for mi, tell her her homegirl sent you LOL I promise you won’t regret it😍💯 best choice!! Oh and thanks for the early Christmas gift mi.

I’ve been going to Ma for over a year now and she always does phenomenal work and has a great personality to go along with it. The atmosphere is always pleasant and warming. See you in 2/3 weeks
