Me and my friend decided to do a girls night and get our nails done here Tuesday evening.
Their prices didn’t line up with the price menu at all. We paid over 100 dollars for a manicure and pedicure. And I got acrylics and some of them are crooked. My friend got her nails painted and it started chipping right after. My toe is already chipped and it’s now Wednesday morning. We are very upset. With the price we paid we expect good quality and good work! Which we did not get! We will not be back!

Won’t be back. When I came in I was attempting to ask if they take Apple Pay. The lady at the front just kept speaking over me telling me to pick a color and I finally had to interrupt her. Hardly anyone was speaking to their customers. I even witnessed one girl roll her eyes when a new customer walked in for services. The girl who was assigned to do my pedicure barely spoke to me, which was fine except she NEVER asked which type of pedicure I wanted, so they lost about $25 there. I even had the pedicure menu in my hands when she walked up! Finally the pedicure itself was definitely not memorable.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and I go and this woman literally shorten my eye brows but had the balls to tell me I look good with short brows knowing she screwed them up because I had long arched eye brows … I’m gong to be very selective

Each time I’ve come here I have been satisfied with the work, but the prices seem to be different each time for the same service. Each time I mention it they have no explanation. They just push the machine in my face to pay. I don’t like feeling taken advantage of even though I like the work. I have decided that when the price is higher I take the difference from the money that I would use to tip with. So this last time the lady got no tip. SMH… oh well. if this continues to happen I will find another salon.
