If you’re looking for professionalism, high quality, and fair prices…PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!

I WAS a frequent, loyal customer, but not anymore. This place presented itself to be welcoming to all demographics (race, gender, religion, wealth, etc.)

TINA was the best part of my experience, but I realized after my final 2 visits NEVER to trust this place again.

I discovered through casual conversation with other patrons that they charge you more if you appear to be wealthy.

This happened to me. I tried gel polish on my toes for the first time EVER on 1 toenail per foot and a basic pedicure. My total was $65 for a $35pedi w/added gel polish on big toes only. I was insulted. And as we sometimes do when we find a tech we like you wait for them, etc and trust them.

I found out the hard way that the pregnant nail tech has been telling Tina to charge me more for my services, including my nails. While waiting to be serviced, a customer to my right and left shared why they only get gel and that it lasts longer. She mentioned for 10 toes it only costs her $50 with a pedicure. Mind you I had 1 big toe per foot with standard polish on my other 8 toes.

After learning this, I felt violated and disrespected. Especially since I was a frequent patron and I tip every service.

On my final visit I decided to give Tina the benefit of the doubt (we exchanged numbers, I showed her how to post her work on IG, and we share ideas for the business). As I was about to leave and pay, the pregnant tech yelled something in her native language to Tina. We locked eyes and acknowledged what we both heard. Tina told me 65 dollars was my total in the most reluctant, shameful voice, knowing what we both heard. She even put her head down as she entered the price at the checkout.

When I tell you that pregnant tech is EVIL. I’ve only had 1 encounter with her and she is not that great of a nail tech. She shapes nails poorly, and she can only do solid colors. No line work, designs, etc. She’s basic!

I choose to no longer go here because of the lack of professionalism and DISHONESTY! The advertised prices are not the actual prices. I’m very disappointed and will NEVER go here again!

#DISHONORABLE #DISRESPECTFUL #UNTRUSTWORTHY #BASICQUALITY

And to think I was organizing a surprise donation for this expectant mother…she blocked her own blessings by being EVIL.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Total Rip-off. Today I went in for a full set of short plain gel nails $70….nails only. I asked her to add Mardi Gras color glitter to two nails, apparently that counts as a nail design and I was charged as if I received full designs…..several nails had imperfections that the tech only fixed by going over it with a clear gel coat. Definitely not worth the price. Tech could not explain the reason for the extra charges. She also pouted when she saw I did not leave a tip. I usually always tip my tech at least $10 but I’m not getting ripped off and then giving you extra money when I’m unhappy with the service. Ladies you are better off with press ons.

I am not happy with my nails and Before the pandemic they never the appointments and now they do appointments but they have people that’s been setting 4 hours. Didn’t they have people have Make appointments and they take them 1st of the people. Sitting there for hours. I don’t like that. Dictate customers has been waiting for hours and someone making an appointment comes before them that is wrong. I am this I do not like the service. I got my nails done yesterday. And I told them that my nail messed up. And there refuse to help me.

I went to get a gel manicure last Thursday, so 4 days ago. The lady who did my nails did a poor job of painting and manicure wasn’t done well, either. She did not paint to the edges of my nails and the clear topcoat was not complete coverage of the nail. Due to the poor quality of my services, my gel is already chipping. My gel manicures never do this after only 4 days. Total waste of my $30. Will never go here again.

Lovely experience, both my mani & pedi were done with care & attention, even with a tedious (and beautiful!) design…three weeks old and still look this good.
