got my nails off and the guy was rough with me and kept huffing and puffing. He seemed like he was rushing, he also hurt me while taking them off…. Love the color though😐

I had gotten a full set of nails and I wanted a coffin shape they didn’t turn out coffin. They turned out square and when she got done doing The acrylic for my nail She made them thick I didn’t wanted them thinner. I asked her to make them thinner. She didn’t do much on making them thinner. they were still really thick and she started painting them Had hair in it and it stuck to my nail I had asked her several times can you take it off the hair? She says it’s just polish. It’s not hair but you can literally see a piece of hair on my nail. She said no it’s just nail polish. I really do not recommend going there unless you like thick nails and she wouldn’t even give a discount because I wanted to go there to get my nose done how I wanted them and she didn’t make them how I wanted them
And I have gotten my toes done there a pedicure and I just have gotten them twice and the guy who does them. He has cut my toe two times and made it bleed. He said just because my toes. And when they cut your finger with the grinding Dremel, they sometimes make your finger bleed and they said stop moving your finger, but you didn’t move your finger

I’ve been a client of Nail Spa for a very long time but never left a review. I have always been satisfied with their work and would recommend this Salon/Spa to anyone that would like a clean, well managed professional nail and pedicure treatment. I also think there are other services like waxing available but since I never asked about it for myself, I cant recommend or tell you much about it.

Went in to get a pedicure and manicure, full set, and to also take my daughter in to get her nails and toes done. I did not even get to sit with my daughter to get our pedicure together, nor our nails together. They had rushed my daughter out of her seat which messed up her toe nails because she needed help getting out and I couldnt get her out as they were doing my nails. Her nail polish came off on her fingers the NEXT DAY. Her toe nails were already coming off before we event left. I love my finger nails, they did great on the design butu the “pedicure” was the worst one I have ever had. It was nothing but rushy rushy there, not worth going again.
