Hula Hoop
There is a lot of subtle tension in this salon. Staff appears tired and unhappy. I can only speculate why; I believe exploitative structures might be a cause. Some staff only speaks Vietnamese. I think their technical work is probably good (foot massage was very very bad though – the person clearly didn’t know how to do a massage) but I couldn’t relax due to the negative vibes I got (impolite and unfriendly staff, appears to be annoyed by customers) and the underlying tensions; something is not right. Won’t go again.

Satisfactory service and good price, but some of the nail technicians do not listen to your wishes and requests. Most do not speak neither good German nor English, so the language barrier poses a problem.

I went for a manicure and pedicure for the second time. The first visit was great, the second was a disaster.
The nails were done very sloppily and the polish came off after 2 weeks.
The price was increased and only cash payment was possible (tax??)
Unfortunately I was already away, otherwise I would have complained on the spot.

I have been a customer for many years, with short breaks, even at the old store. Most of the time I was very happy and if something was wrong, I could go and have it fixed. (Very rare)
The boss works very well and I actually only go to him because he knows exactly how I want my nails! I don’t go there to have big conversations, and if it bothers you that Vietnamese is spoken there, you should look for another studio!!! So many complaining people here in the comments… What a shame. You don’t need an appointment here, which of course sometimes means you have to wait…🤷🏻‍♀️…that’s part of it…I can recommend the quality of the nails! Mine last for 4 weeks, then they outgrow them.
