Okay, I’m a huge fan of Lan, but I had an appointment at 5pm. And i didn’t get seen until 5:40, and not even with Lan, some other one. And 2 times in between the tech had to “go do brows”. It’s just ridiculous how long you have to wait. But these nails I got, i could have done at home. I’m so upset and I really wanted them to look good for my party. Not sure if i will be returning, but a credit to the place would be nice becuase these are horrible.

I asked her for Easter nails and showed her what I wanted and she said let me try something new so I said go for it and I’m absolutely in love with my nails she took her time hand painting the flower with my Easter colors I picked out highly recommended love love love nail sculpture

Edited with pics! Unfortunately I felt it was important to share my experience for others to make a decision about going to them. I waited 30-40min , no real problem but was rushed through the entire process once started. They did nothing except poorly trim and polish after I soaked my feet for 20min in an unsanitary foot bath. The cut is very crooked and the polish looks like my 6yr old niece did it. Not professional looking at all.
Also, like the other review, they told me to pick out a polish and then changed it to their own. I said I wanted the original polish, but they used their own anyway and it was NOT the same. I chose a pearl with gold tones and they gave me bright white.
$36 dollars later I’m waking out very disappointed.

This was the most worst nail place I have went to there was kids running all over the place there was bugs and spiders and when they sat me down after 30-45 minutes it’s was a nasty towel and they did not even massage you and when I was getting my nails done I asked for some cute nails with faces because I babysit and I thought they would be cute but they gave me monsters instead I will absolutely never be going there again
