Let me just say YES and THANK YOU to this spa. Not only did they accommodate me on a busy night as a walk in client, they went above and beyond to take care of me and my 7 month old baby who was in tow. They did my wedding nails and they look beautiful! While I was getting my nails done, my daughter wanted to play so the owner was gracious enough to carry her around and entertain her while I got my nails done. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for the customer service of going above and beyond but furthermore, the overall experience of walking out with great nails. I highly recommend Luxe!

I called them to make an appointment, and it was easy. However, it took a while to reach their receptionist since they were constantly busy on the line. The business should have a better way to make an appointment to make it less hassle for both parties, clients, and the business.

I showed up early, and there was meter parking in the front. The nail salon was well-decorated and spacious. I came and waited for 5 mins also recommended choosing the color for my nail polish.

I enjoyed the time here with great conversations and friendly ladies who worked here. They also helped me to put more coins in the front and paid for my meters. That was unexpected and beyond excellent service.

The price was decent, and I definitely will return!

Disappointed at Luxe Nail & Spa – Overpromised, Underdelivered.
I booked a birthday mani pedi for my daughter at Luxe Nail & Spa based on online reviews and photos, hoping for a special experience. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of the online portrayal.

The salon itself was a major disappointment. It lacked the luxurious atmosphere I expected, appearing run-down, messy, and worn. It felt more like an average neighborhood nail salon than anything special.

The service itself was decent. The technician did a good job on both the manicure and pedicure, but it lacked any “thrills” or special touches that would have made it feel birthday-worthy.

Overall, while the service was adequate, the entire experience at Luxe Nail & Spa did not live up to its online image or the expectations I had for a special occasion. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone seeking a truly luxurious or memorable nail experience.

After being frustrated with the several nail shops in my community, I drive about 17 miles for this Luxe nails! They always do quality work,
Tiffany is my regular and she is the greatest. Even though I’ve always gone to her, I watch the service provided by the others. They patiently assist with finding colors or color matching. They seem interested in providing customer service. A bit pricey but I’m happy.
No arguing if you state a preference for your nails like other shops hurdling customers in and out. In over a year, I come out happy and at peace.

I had a good experience at this nail location. First, parking is not horrible if you use the metered or small parking lots south of Wilshire. It was a busy location with a lot of people in the location but they spaced people out well. They had a good selection of polishes. I chose a white chrome which ended up beautiful thanks to my detail oriented nail technician Kai. It was a bit expensive for chrome of course but I was treating myself. I really felt like it was a great location. I would return.
