NADA ANEES
I have visited many nail salons, and this one stands out as one of the best. The staff is very professional and friendly. After a recent visit, I had an issue with my nail polish becoming damaged once I got home. I returned the next day, and a very friendly, professional lady, who I believe is the manager of the Maadi branch, handled the situation perfectly and assured me they would fix it. The staff was also friendly and promptly repaired my nails. I left extremely happy with the results. You can tell this is a great place by how well they handle issues.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
A basic thing like threading was done awfully.
Tried 2 times to do hard-gel and the set were beautiful but next day, 2 nails were broken.

Not committed despite booking an appointment
The date was 9 o’clock. I arrived at 9 o’clock. I waited for an hour and there was supposed to be someone there who would work with me, but they decided that I would wait for a young girl to work before me because she requested that the person who would work with me be the one who worked with me, almost the daughter of one of the employees or the daughter of the owners of the place, so I walked in and did not part with them because they lost a client.
