0/10 Customer service was HORRIBLE and I asked for a broken heart and this is what I got in the picture. I am not from here and to come for my first time and I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN WORST NAIL SALON I EVER BEEN TO. THEY HAD TO REDUE ALL MY NAILS BECAUSE THEY WAS NOT STRAIGHT and when I said it the worker tried to argue with me.

I had the worst experience tonight here . Not only do my nails look bad and was not what I asked for but the woman that done my nails got mad at me and was talking to the guy beside her about me she cut my finger and they look really messed up . I spoke to the manager and he said it was my fault nail was not long enough. But was it my fault the treatment I received? Never again. I advise anyone that wants their nails done to go somewhere else or choose wisely on whom they sit you with

My nails was not dry and polish started coming off on day 3. Could not go back because I could not leave my sick husband home alone.
