I hate having to do this but I have to put the warning out there. I’ve been going to nail pro for over a year and they have been great. I got a pedicure recently and the lady decided to try to fix my ingrown by digging the cutters right into the side of my big toe. During the appointment I felt like it was a bit aggressive but I figured she knew what she was doing. Next day I noticed the redness and it was so sore. It got aggressively worse and I had to go to emergency clinic to get antibiotics. It has been so painful and been immobile for a few days now. So please be careful getting a pedicure here and don’t let any nail tech cut I to the sides.

Not sure why it took me so long to leave a review, I have been going to Nails Pro for a year now and I have been so happy with how my nails look! The staff is friendly and very skilled, know what they are doing. The prices are also good too! I will keep coming back 🙂 (and i also love blue nails haha)

I went here to get my nails done for the first time and I asked for more natural-looking nails. Not only do they not look natural at all (very clumpy), but he put them on lopsided. Some nails are very wonky.
I told him this when paying and he just asked for the money. Not going back and I’m very disappointed.
