The nails I got done are absolutely beautiful, but the service was not great. I’ve gone to this salon a few times and never had anything like this happen before. The tech that helped me was very rude. She cut me twice and didn’t even say anything about it. When she was shaping my nails with the file she kept going too fast and pulling my nails backwards. She took the filing block and filed not only the nails but my skin as well. She then knocked over a small bottle filled with some nasty looking polish water. Pushed my hand back and said “move” in a very rude tone. The entire service she looked like she just didn’t want to be there. I’ve never been treated in such a way before. Then a comment was made about the way the hearts look on the nails. She then proceeded to show other nails techs and point and laugh at it. Customer service skills need to be improved here. I paid $78 and didn’t leave a tip due to the poor treatment and experience. She was leaning over the card terminal and watching the buttons I was clicking the entire time, then proceeded to give me a mean look when I didn’t tip.
If service and attitude would’ve been better I would have left a tip.

I’ve been going here for 2 years and have never been disappointed with my acrylics! Charlie and Alan are really good at designs but you can’t go wrong with anyone. Everyone is really nice and talented.

I’m very picky about my nails and Charlie does a great job! I have acrylics and they are perfect every time. He is so professional and takes his time on my nails, I will go nowhere else. My nails are strong and smooth and so well done I get tons on compliments on them. Thank you Charlie!
