Customer Reviews:
Pedicure: I love that they have choices and options. Customers have a choice on what to add to their package. They did a great job on the pedicure. I went with no polish.
Waxing: Great job! Fast, no pain, trimmed my eyebrows. She even showed me the after to show me how much she got off. Lol
SNS Chrone: Here’s where I lose points. I will say overall it was actually great. He listened to me wanting them super short. He did the shape amazing! They weren’t super thick. They felt light. I hate the feeling of gale nails, and these feel really good. The clean up was amazing!
But there’s two issues I had. I came in looking for a specific design. They said they could do it. When the time came, they didn’t have the colors I wanted. So I was stuck with colors I never wanted. It wasn’t even 24 hours when the chrome started falling off. I noticed some of the glue didn’t stick too well to the nail. But I’m personally fine with that because I’m not a fake nail person.
I’ll post what I want versus what I got and the chipping.
Overall, the service was good. If those two things could’ve been prevented, it would’ve been a 5-star. It was over $200… so…
The last picture is what I wanted…
The 2nd time was currently when I wanted a fill including replacing a missing nail, pedicure which included a fill on 2 big toes & design. When I got to the front I saw that the same young man charged me $5 for a TAKE OFF. When I asked what that was for he told me that’s because they had to take off the gel on my big toes before doing the fill. Again I asked the same question as before with the look 🤨. A gentleman from the side interjected and said “we have to do that or we can’t fill it.” Notice there’s a change of $5 for SHAPE. I never changed the shape of my nails. The shape in the pic is the same shape I arrived with. I never cut my nails down. She did ask and I said “no”. The only thing I believe they changed that $5 for was to shape the nail they had to be replaced.
NOW I’ve read the reply to some of the comments and they say to bring it to their attention. I did exactly as they said the day of and I was told “we charge that because we must take off the gel to do the fill. It’s a different price for feet than hands. If we can do your fill without removing the gel then we won’t charge you.” Now Sir that makes absolutely no sense. EVERY nail shop I’ve ever went to MUST take off the gel because the fill has to be done and a new color might be selected. So this is pure nonsense. Also this is the 2nd time you all charged me for the same thing. Why was the charge removed the last time but not this time.
Some might ask why am I making a big deal over $10? The reason is because they get a lot of customers that are satisfied with their work and might not pay attention to their charges out of trust. Over time that adds up and customers may not be aware of the charges. I’ve asked 2 of my friends if they have ever been charged like this in which they replied with “hell no” & “that’s crazy how else will they do the fill.” I even asked the backup shop I go to and the manager laughed but replied “oh I’m not doing that to my customers but that’s business for you.”
I know their pricing might not change. I’ve decided to not return to this shop and bring this to customers attention. I will prefer to give my money to another shop who charge me a consistent price. A shop that doesn’t charge me twice for an action that if not conducted I wouldn’t be able to get the service (removing the gel). I politely asked for an explanation but the answer made no sense. However the atmosphere is pleasant. The employees are super cool & very professional. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE BEFORE THEY BEGIN.
Pedicure starting peeling off and I called in and they told me to come in before Sunday to get them redone. Went in this morning and was told that it has been too long – polish is only good for 4-5 days! I explained that I had been a customer for 5 or more years and my pedicures always have lasted 3-4 weeks! We’ve been talking about going somewhere else since quality has been slipping, but I always value loyalty!
This was last straw! Will not be going back. Time to find new nail place!
