Would not recommend solely based on their lack of customer service. I walked in around 245pm and was asked to come back in 45 minutes because they seemed to be short staffed. That was not a problem.

I went back at 335pm and the same customers that were there earlier were still being serviced. Yet no one greeted me, said they would be with me soon or even acknowledged me at all. They kept laughing and talking like I wasn’t even there. I proceeded to wait about 10 minutes to be acknowledged and never was. Not to mention, another customer came in while I was waiting – apparently to complain about a messed up nail and they barely looked at her and told her to come back tomorrow. They then started whispering and laughing right after that customer walked out the door. Overall very unprofessional. I saw all I needed to see and left.

Instead, I went down the street to Palace Nails, was welcomed immediately and in a chair within 5 minutes.

***I had to get my nails redone. Much better. If Lewisville wasn’t so far away I would definitely be requesting my $65 back. Unacceptable.

I came here for an acrylic removal yesterday and the technician (her machine said “Ana”) completely ruined my natural nails. I told her she was hurting me and she kept going anyway instead of letting my nails soak longer. I should have walked out. I’m horrified at my experience and I’m still in pain from how thin she made my nails. You can literally see the height difference from where she scraped off my nail. This will take months of repair and I’m devastated. I came here because it was nearby my job but I should have known better and waited to go to my normal salon. RUN away from this place.

I have gone here a few times and always get a mani/pedi. I now get the gel pedicures, which lasts a long time. Mimi did a great job with my pedi as well as a relaxing foot massage. However, I had her redo my big toe as I could see the old, lumpy acrylic from before and a big white spot through the gel nails. She redid it and now I’m happy with the result. Overall, I would recommend, but will say if I’m spending $100+, I expect my nails to look ‘perfect’. In the future, I hope the work can speak for itself.
