I went in for a Gel Manicure, $35 and eyebrow wax, $12. Okay cool, I have not had a manicure in a few months so I was looking forward to the relaxing experience. As soon as I sat now, my specialist came with the tiniest bowl of water in which I was told to put my right “fingertips” in because that’s all there was room for, while she immediately started to clip and snip my l left in such a hurry! She then took out my right “tips” and it was then that I was able to soak my left “tips.” She never touched my cuticuls and I asked her was she going to doing anything with them…she proceeded to be condescending and repeat how “hard” she was working for me. It’s only been 8 mins at this point and that was the first question that I had asked her. She reminded me that all shops are different. She then proceeded to paint my nails, not having touched my ACTUAL hands at all…after polish, she then proceeded to put lotion on my “unwashed” hands and call that “service.” My fingernails aren’t even, she never touched my cuticles, she didn’t even clean under my fingernails…there’s still dirt from when I dropped my keys in the parking lot and picking them up! I paid for my service because that was the price and I don’t fuss, I learn the lesson. It was hurried and no pride was taken in caring for me as a customer. The best part of the experience was my eyebrow waxing. Will not be going back.

I have been coming here for my nails for a while and my mom and cousin also come. Today they were busy and it was a half of hour wait so the manager gave everyone mimosas who wanted it and whatever else people chose to drink. Once it was my turn Trina did an amazing job as always and we had a nice conversation. I always get my nail short, sweet and simple and it was just that.thanks nail luv and Trina continued blessings

Today was my first time going in. They looked a little busy but i was sent straight to the back to get my pedicure. Tracy was my nail tech and she was so sweet. She got my water hot like i wanted and thats been a problem ive experienced at other salons; So that made me very happy. Massage was awesome and the products smelt soo good. I hadnt been in a nail salon in over a year and ive been sooo stressed out due to personal reasonings and this experience was just what I needed. This is what customer service is about. You never know what someone is going through but a good experience during a service always makes a difference. Thank you Tracy and thank you Nail Luv and Spa!!!!!

First time visiting and first impressions are busy, friendly, clean and welcoming. I had a gel mani and Pedi with Lee and he provided a 5 star service. The French tips were perfect, even and just stunning. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely the BEST place to have your nails done in Hampton Roads! Kind staff who do excellent work! Jon and Van are the best, I look forward to chatting with them while they work. Will always come back over and over again! Confetti nails by Jon and classic red by Van!
