I was in search of a new nail salon in Greenville and I stumbled upon the Nail Lounge. I was reviewing the nail techs & their work and found Jade. I have been to be serviced by Jade four times within a two month span. She has always delivered great service when she has done my nails. I just recently tried to the metallic on my nails and let’s just say I love them with the color I selected. Oh and the wine is a plus during service. If you are in search of quality and a value for nail service check out Jade at the Nail Lounge in Greenville you won’t be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and respectful! I got my nails done by Jade. The pedicure was wonderful and very relaxing! They gave exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve been going here for a while now, but the last 2 times have been awful. Last time I told the technician I wanted square nails with just the edges ” slightly ” rounded came out with oval nails. This time was worse. The technician filed into my fingers and made two of them bleed. Once I jumped back she told me I need to relax that I was making her tired. I told her no you just filed into my finger not once but several times now they’re bleeding. That would make anyone not relax! I have two fingers with gouges. Worse as a diabetic it’s important to avoid cuts. She knows I’m diabetic I have told her before.When she was done she went into the back and I could hear her loudly talking to someone else. Didn’t understand their conversation. I was going to get brows done but I paid and left.

Very nice clean facility. Had a pedicure and it was wonderful! My daughter got her nails done and designed beautifully. Friendly sweet employees. I think I finally found a place I’m happy to go to. We will definitely be back.
