I’ve been coming here off and on for five years and I have been pleased until tonight. My manicurist was mad because I only wanted classic pedicure. She was really rough with cutting nails and pushed back my cuticles with a heavy hand—ouch. I understand callus is only removed with next level package, fine, but I thought she might clean under nail with tool. I had to do that with my own fingernail. She asked me if she should use base coat with polish I brought in—I don’t know? Inner gap of nail left unpainted. My feet are still scaly, cuticles dry and nails dirty underneath. Ingrown nails completely untouched. I will go home and finish my nails. Going somewhere else next time.

4.5.24 11:24pm Went by this evening for a pedicure about 7:30pm. Finished about 8:20pm. I appreciate that they are open later than other nail salons. However, with that said, after they finished, I stayed in the chair about 10-15 minutes to dry my polish. And I wore the paper flip flops for a total of 3 hours to let them dry thoroughly but just noticed that the polish is all messed up and nothing has touched my toes, so I’m baffled that they are messed up. I do recall that the tech pulled the toe separators right after she finished the polish, which has never happened to me at any nail salon. Every salon I’ve been to, let’s them stay in for as long as I see fit to remove since they’re usually disposable or after the polish is dried. I suggest offering mini fans to help toes dry or a drying table. There’s still wax on my foot, which isn’t a big deal-it’s visible in the photo. Pictures during, after, and 3 hours after. I plan to return there and request a redo of the polish in the morning. I hope they make it right. But for now I’m giving 2.5 stars. Other notes-The atmosphere was busy but not too loud. They offered a drink but I declined. I don’t know what the drink options are. The tech was very nice and did a pretty good job. I would’ve liked a massage included but there was some during the scrub and wax portions. I got the tropical deluxe for $45 I believe. It included scrub, wax, and hot towel. BTW Another nail shop I frequent nearby, also in Las Colinas, offers hot stones and the foot massage as well for similar package and price but they closed at 7pm.
4.6.24 2:33pm I’m back for the fix. They fixed and pulled the toe separators right after the polish, freshly wet still. Let’s see if this holds up this time.

This has to be a very overdo review but I finally feel like I can make one. I have been here to do my nails by other techs and even though they are great, Hannah to me is my go to girl. She is amazing in every way. Very caring, wonderful costumer service, and the nails are always done so amazing(to how I like them). As long as Hannah is here I will never go anywhere else.

Stopped in while my boyfriend played poker next door and got dip nails and a luxury pedicure with gel. The nails are fantastic. The shape is perfect and they took their time with the nails on both the toes and hands. The luxury pedicure was nice however not the best pedicure for the price. I felt the callus removal and scrubbing could have been better. The staff are polite and do a thorough job on the nails but I felt like they could have been more rough on the pedicure and massage. I will be back.

My favorite nail salon! Have been coming here for sometime over a year now. They offer a great variety of pedicures, nail polishes, dip colors, refreshments, and more. I loved how my nails came out tonight by Eric, picture attached, and Loc is great too! John also did an awesome job on my pedicure and foot massage. Totally recommend this place!!
