Customer Says:
She was so kind and nice we has great conversation. And I can’t wait to see her in 4 weeks for lashes eyebrows glow in the dark nails and pedicure!! She’s def my new nail tech!!
Pic 1-3 is how they did it.
Pic 4 is after I fixed it.
Pic 5-6 is the second set of nails from birds eyeview they look ok…
7-12 how thick and oddly bubble shaped and uneven laying of product and did not fix to a natural look or shape.
First visit was with Lisa. After Lisa completed my set I had to go home and buff off the matt dip and smooth out the entire nail as well as even my nails out at the tip because she filed heavy handed to one side. Paid $55 plus $10 tip(no i was not happy with the work but knew how to fix it at home)
I thought ok give them a second chance…they are rated very well.
I returned 2wks later. (Yesterday 1/17/20)
I was passed around to 3 different nail techs and the first nail tech who had a broken rib informed me she didn’t have her license! She kept cutting my cuticle skin while trying to dig the dip powder off my nail tried soaking them off in nonacetone vs using 100% acetone like she should have. This started to worry me but she went home because of her rib. Then Lisa took over to clean off the rest of my nails. Then i was given to “Momma” and I really thought “Alright a senior nailtech FINALLY” She’ll rock these out and it will all be worth it.
Ofcourse everyone is friendly and has nice customer service skills and you do feel like your at a small but homely salon. But i don’t understand based on skill and technique how they are rated SO highly…plus having an unlicensed nail tech is a huge business risk to the owner…second service was $45 plus $10 tip.
