I wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but I’m going to. At first the experience was okay, but I find out later that the artist was unable to do the design I was hoping for. If she had told me straight up at the start that she couldn’t, I would have been okay- but she did not. Whilst working, she kept burning/cutting really close to my skin, and she didn’t get any more careful when I told her she was hurting me. She ended up cutting me a few minutes later, apologized, and told me not to talk to my friend despite that not moving my hand at all. I was then told they have stickers that could be used instead of a design; which wasn’t what I asked for. Some other stylist sloppily applied the stickers after I conceded to using them, and you can still see the bubbles underneath. I’m heartbroken, as these were a birthday treat. I won’t be going back. They’re still a mess, and now my fingers are cut in two places, so I have to fix them at home. However, my friend’s stylist— Tony— was wonderful, and her nails look amazing. Props to him ONLY.

Update: “Christie” texted my friend, who paid for our appointment asking if I felt comfortable coming back, after saying no, offered a partial refund. She then asked in return we take these reviews down. Absolutely not, and that’s not how a business works. Horrible service, and scummy management. Please do NOT go here. Save yourself the trouble.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Super relaxing and pretty and they did a great job. My soon to be daughter in law marrying my son in a few days and I wanted to treat her and myself to pretty nails for the big day. I also got a pedicure. We will be back! They are also so nice and did exactly what we wanted

I came with my mom and sisters- 6 of us. They got us all in together. We all got the deluxe which was fabulous. The ladies were friendly and didn’t rush us out. Lots of colors to choose from and the salon was very clean. I love how my toes look and I will come back on my next visit to Utah

If I could give less stars, I would. I’ve been debating on whether or not I should leave a review. But ultimately I decided that hopefully I can save one person from going through what happened to me.
I did a walk in appointment in August. This was the first and only time I will visit this establishment. I was in a bind and 3 hours away from my usual nail lady, but I needed my nails done for a wedding that day. The lady that did my nails filed them down so much that my fingernails are literally falling off. My nails look horrible. It will be at least a few months before they will be grown out enough to look semi decent. I’m so upset. There is nothing I can do except wait for my nails to grow back and never go back to Nail it.

Update…I called Nail it spa, per their request. After explaining that I was not a competitor, and that I came in once in August, she asked for me to text her pictures of my nails, which I did. But I never heard back from them, not even an apology. I don’t want compensation. I just want them to own up to the mistake and do better. Terrible experience all the way around.
