What I asked for vs what I got.
I showed the first pic on arrival, the lady said they had chrome powder and assured me they could do it. Second pic is the result…… staff were very sweet and I wish they’d just told me they couldn’t do what I was asking instead of trying to substitute glitter…

First time with dip powder. Had my nails done on Saturday, already clear coat coming off. Also had dips in my nails. I probably won’t be doing this again. This store does not do acrylic so they took it off gave me a extension. Also paid for nail art which the lady was kind and tired but I would appreciate it more if they said they couldn’t do it. I work a desk job so im not doing hard labor with my hands. I expected the quality to last longer.Paid about $80 plus 20% of the tip.

**BEWARE** I went here for a pedicure. The girl I got was seemed very distracted while she was working on my nails, kept getting on her phone, ect. I felt this intense sharp pain in my foot and she had cut the side of my big toe. It started bleeding and she put cotton on it. I’m always super polite and decided to let it go because I was right in the middle of this pedicure. The next day, my toe is super swollen and hurts when I walk. I called to get a refund ( I paid $50 for getting stabbed) and the manager called back, saying it was an accident and offered me a free pedicure. Uhmmmm I don’t ever want to go back to a place that causes me injury, and when I asked for a refund he said they don’t offer refunds… extremely unprofessional and possibly unhygienic since my toe is swollen and might need to go to the doctor. DO NOT GO HERE
