I’ve been a customer at Nail Imagine for close to 3 years now and every time that I have gone there the service has been amazing. Today was a different story. So I had an appointment to get my Acrylic nails taken off. Now usually with this service there would be a soak off so the natural nail isn’t damaged. That was not the case. The young man that did my nails did not preform the soak off and decided to drill the acrylic down along with the gel nail polish and then use a nail tip to rip off the rest of my acrylic. This young man was told by multiple staff members to use the acetone to take off the product instead of continuing with what he was doing. He did not listen to them and proceeded to rip off my nails damaging my natural nails underneath. Soon he was switched out with a young woman who continued to rip off my nails. After almost three years of being a costumer at Nail Imagine I will not be returning due to what happened today. I was left in tears because my nail beds were left sore and my natural nails damaged.

great salon, there’s barely ever a wait for walk ins, the prices are great, and all nail artist are amazing. My faves are Cindy and Coco, they’re so sweet and so pleasant. Cindy did these beautiful red tips and it’s just stunning. I can’t stop looking at my nails 🙂

This place is like a “sweat shop”. After going for 2 years, I’m done. Employee are focused on amount of time spent and not the quality of it. They don’t speak English, so explaining what you want doesn’t work, they are paid to just go through the motions like a robot. If you’re not get a gel manicure or pedicure, the other nail polish quality is poor and will chip that same day or after. As for the 10 minute massage, timer is set and some employees stay in exact same spot, not massaging the whole calve and foot. As for the price, most expensive around. Unsatisfied customer, once again here.

Been coming here for nails for 3 years. Technicians are professional, place is clean, and hours are convenient. Open Sundays. I get a 2 min massage with my manicure. Jessica did my fill-in nails and manicure. She was fast and very meticulous. Nails came out perfect.

James was phenomenal ! Absolutely trust him . He knows what he’s doing .
Very clean location , very quick , and excellent prices . Went in for the first time as my normal salon was closed , and I think I’ve found my new mani/pedi home !
