This was my first time here and I’m very satisfied with the service. I love the use of the waitlist site since I don’t have to leave my home until it’s my turn.
The woman who did my nails paid a lot of attention to details when cleaning up my cuticles, love that. And a 10% student discount at the end was the cherry on top.
I do prefer to see the tools being cleaned before use on me but the work place seemed clean so I wasn’t too disappointed.

I’ve been going to nail image for at least 3 years. My nails eat down every time. The salon is nice and clean. It’s very accessible from the subway and has plenty of parking in the plaza. I love their waitlist system so I can get on the waitlist from my phone and not come until they say it’s time which avoids me sitting around waiting. The staff are really nice and accommodating. I might have an idea of what I want and my nail tech (who’s really a nail artist) can either copy it exactly or make it better. Or if I don’t have an idea, he shows me what he saved for me (bc he knows what I like) or he immaculately freestyles. This the only salon that shapes my nails perfectly (not too square, not too coffin) Plus, if anything goes wrong with my nails, they’ll fix it for free 1-2 days after I got them done (i rarely need to go back though). I don’t see myself switching.

I have been going here since I went to Temple, very easy to get in and out with their online waitlist. Ly and Daniel always do a great job on my nails. However everyone there is nice and capable of giving you what you’d like.
