Do not waste your time or money. The nail tech didn’t say two words to me or even any interaction. She rushed through my gel manicure, cut my fingers up several times. She honestly had an angry I hate my job look the whole time, so it may be best she does not work closely with people. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

I have gotten so many pedicures here over the past 15 years and loved my experience. I was in town for a wedding and made a nail appointment. After getting my pedicure they had me wait over 45 minutes to get my nails done because they kept letting walk ins sit down and clearly over booked their appointments. My mom simply asked for a full acrylic set and was charged for a gel set- trying to dispute the error was useless. My set looks great from the top. But the end of my nails looks sloppy. I was highly disappointed and it ruined my experience that I will not be returning.

I had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes! Vickie did my nails and rushed the entire time, she cut me 4 times and made me bleed in 3 different places!!! The other people in there with me waited forever too. One lady came in came in 3 times that day for a pedicure and they told her to come back at 4 and they still weren’t ready for her! She ended up waiting 30 minutes to even get water in the foot tub and the water had to be cold before they got to her! Just not a good experience…. color selection isn’t bad, but it wasn’t great! I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I wouldn’t recommend them either. They claim to clean between clients, but I witnessed them not doing that today regardless of the sign outside of their store.

I went here yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure and was very impressed with the service I received. The lady who did my service was extremely thorough and took her time during the process. I ended up messing up my nail polish, and she fixed it for me with no charge.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had bright pink nails because I was coming to visit family for the summer. I had to change my nail color due to having to go to a funeral now. The lady was extremely rude. I asked if they could change the color and they said they couldn’t because it was dip. I’ve never heard of this before. I’ve always have been able to change the color even with dip. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to put in any work. They weren’t even busy. She took off some on one nail and then said “oh I can’t take it off”. I finally found a place called “ N&P nails”. Tom the manager took care of me and changed to color. Only cost 20 dollars. He did such an amazing job. I tipped him a lot for his service since he saved me from going to a funeral with bright pink nails. Save your money and time and go to N&P Nails.
