Sophie is the best hands down!! I told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. Most nail techs try to pressure you into adding more things to your service but she did the exact opposite. I told her I didn’t want to do too much and she provided me with different options. I usually go somewhere closer to my house but going forward I will take that trip to see Sophie! I love her and will be absolutely coming back!

Really great experience! Good vibe, smiling faces, excellent cleanliness, very good value for the money. My gel pedicure lasted longer than I had even hoped, and I will only go back to Nail Garden to renew it. Thanks Nail Garden! You made a repeat customer out of me.

They change the price every three week I get the same thing sold color, coffin nails I tried three times cause I was seeing was it just the person two nail tec.
Secondly don the nail tec took over my nails the second time bomb came back three weeks later same thing price totally different like 30.00 different. I showed him the picture he did last time cause thought he forgot
He apologized said oh yea adjusted price

Came today for fill( which nail are super long ask for them to be short)
Did whole fill ask right before color are we doing short he said too late
I said I ask for short he said okay
Made short but now cause his next client here he can’t shape I said anyone else available he said no.

Never coming back there no good customer service they just start talking different languages
Don’t go here they do what they want and when you speak up it’s a problem I tried because of my once I had good nails 💅

She did my nails exactly like I asked, she did an amazing job. I’ve never had a more positive nail experience than I did here!

I had the worst experience at this nail salon and it’s really confusing how this business is still open with all the bad reviews on here. I did a walk in yesterday evening to get acrylics removed. The lady drilled my thumb down really hard trying to get the acrylic off and was moving very fast (she moved so fast that when she went to remove my charms with the nail pliers she cut herself) which caused me to jump because I felt the pain but on my natural nail, I let it go the first time but then she did it again on my other hand and I did the same thing but this time said “could you not do it so hard or maybe slow down” I got no response from her and shortly she caught an attitude with me, moving my hands hard shoving them out the way grabbing the hand rest aggressively and all. Then her other client came in and she worked on her after she told me to soak my hands in the acetone for 20 minutes. She was being so nice to her client and was gentle with her and taking her time, 20 minutes had already past and at this point I ask her if it’s done yet she goes not yet, I took them out because it was going to eat at my skin, she quickly came over nor even fully finished and removed all of the acrylic, put cutical oil on my beds and told me to rub it in myself then go wash, then she sat back with her client. I didn’t get a price from her or a sorry I hurt your nails with the drill or even have a nice day. I told the manager about my experience politely at first but she immediately cut me off and defended her employee saying she wasn’t being rude and it was taking very long to take off my nails and said that that’s just how she does nails. I told her I get that but it doesn’t give her the right to be rude to me or hurt me, the manager shrugged her shoulders at me too when I mentioned she hurt me with the drill she shrugged her shoulders. I instantly walked out and as I was I heard her say next time soak them at home. 0/10 experience, I’ve heard bad things from people who have went to them not friends but strangers but I still have them the benefit of the doubt because all I was getting was a removal. This place needs better customer service/ service in general.
