I took my teenage daughter to have her nails done even though they looked pretty in less then a week her nails are already separating from her own nail. By the way I pard $91.00 for this job. I won’t be coming back.

I love love LOVE nail galore, everytime I come here they execute perfectly, they are hospitable, kind and very thorough. You are guaranteed to love your nails, each time.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came in with my mom, so we could get our nails done for my upcoming wedding. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure, and my mom asked for acrylic nails and a pedicure. We arrived at 2:34pm on a Monday and didn’t leave until 7pm and not because they were busy when we got there but because that’s literally how long it took for them to work on us. During the pedicure, they put Clorox on my mom’s toes – YES, CLOROX straight from the spray bottle. Everyone was sharing tools and products. Not one station had everything it needed. During my manicure, the manicurist just started filing my nails down without even asking me what I wanted. The salon was not what you would expect from a professional nail salon. It looked dirty, and they didn’t even have proper seats for clients. Most of the chairs at each station were foldable chairs. There were no gel swatches to flip through, and the nail polishes were gloppy. When I called earlier in the day to inquire about their prices, I was told that a gel manicure was $15 and a gel pedicure was $31. They ended up charging me $75. The following day my mom said her hands and feet hurt. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, and quite frankly, if this were the service I provide to my clients, I would feel so embarrassed. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Please save your money and don’t go there.

P.S: Please don’t trust the photos from other reviews as they look nothing like the salon or the area it’s located in and they definitely do not have hard wood floors.

I was referred here by another young lady with beautiful nails. She told me to ask for Yami. However Yami wasn’t in so i went with the sister Alicia instead. When she started applying the acrylic, it was like she was basting chicken. So i kept trying to look!! I was wondering what the hell was going on!! She kept telling me to relax and not try to look. Her mother even came over and offer her another acrylic brush!! They spoke in spanish so i don’t know what was said, but it’s obvious she saw the mess of application. Anyways i tried to relax!! After she was through. There was acrylic all around my fingers in my cuticles everywhere!!
I asked if she was going to clean it up? She said i should wash my hands and she would give me oil that would clean up all that she said!!
I had to scrub most of it off and the oil just concealed the rest!!
She started later than the time she told me to come bk because she left to go buy something!
It finished super late because of this throwing my schedule off.
When i woke the next day, one nail already broke and that’s when you saw how horrible around the nail looked!!
She did the design exactly as pictured but the work was extremely sloppy!!
Alecia needs to go bk to school or practice how to properly apply acrylic and clean up after it’s applied!!
