Real let down! I was in the area on vacation recovering from a car accident and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. Clearly the gal that answered isn’t interested in growing a business with new prospective clients. She didn’t offer to find an open spot or even an open day. Instead complained that she had clients coming in and she has been working alone til 6pm every night. I was in Valley Springs for an additional 5 days and was very flexible. I was not only bummed but decided I would not go there even if the service was offered for free. I said I would go to the valley where I had more options and apparently more professionals that wanted to put money on their books!! So boo boo boo and shame on you!!!

Great atmosphere. Very friendly technicians. The ladies are all very knowledgeable & professional. They also offer pedicures WITH the amazing massage chairs! Appointments are recommended. Awesome place to spend the afternoon

I’ve been here once and was not thrilled with my experience. The inside is dark and dated. The ladies were nice enough, but the quality of the gel paint I got was very poor. It chipped and cracked within days, and it never looked like a high-quality professional nail job. Very mediocre experience overall and so feel it was overpriced for what I got.
