When I was there the guy that did my nails left huge gaps in between the fake nail and my real nail. There was black smudges on my tan nails that he refused to fix. The side of my nail paint is coming off. I am a paying customer my nails should never look like this!! Sad part is a am a friendly customer that always gives generous tips but I’m done with this establishment after today. It’s been too many times but what made me really mad is these was supposed to be my New Years nails and I wanted diamonds on them but I changed my mind! They will never get a dollar from me again!!

Unprofessional !!!! They do not like to take responsibility for when you point out Anything and will decline servicing you ! Ive spent thousands here and each time waited a ridiculous amount of time in a very outdated nail shop and when i pointed out a sloppy gel polish change that cost 20 dollars
Plus 10 for acrylic toes , told me i couldn’t come back. Made a horrible scene. A large part of customer service includes acknowledging mess ups and recognizing there will be complaints . Someone said this is just how they are.. this is unacceptable. They are in NEED OF takING a course on GENERAL customer servicing . Just go somewhere else

Very rude owner or manager! I went to go get glue put on one nail because it lifted so all I needed was a little bit of glue applied, which only takes like two seconds to do. He was very rude and was upset and he told me to go where I got my nails done and not to come back.
